How we handle your information.

Volcanic Aloe operates this website and is responsible for the personal information submitted through its contact and sourcing forms. Privacy questions can be sent to sourcing@volcanicaloe.com.

The contact form collects an enquiry topic, your name, business email, optional company name and message. The sourcing form may also collect job and contact details, website, delivery market and the commercial product, quantity, documentation, packaging and notes you provide.

The website does not accept file attachments, payment details or identity documents through either form.

We use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess sourcing requirements, source suitable commercial options and arrange an introduction when you choose to proceed. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating and responding through a business-to-business sourcing service.

We may share non-identifying commercial requirements with potential suppliers to check suitability, pricing or availability. We do not disclose the buyer's identity or contact details at that stage.

We share buyer identity and contact details with a selected supplier only when the buyer agrees to an introduction or to proceed. Suppliers then handle information under their own privacy responsibilities.

Google Workspace is used to receive and store enquiries. Hosting, security and email providers may process limited information to operate the service. Where a provider processes information outside the UK or European Economic Area, applicable contractual or legal safeguards are used.

Enquiry information is retained for 12 months after the last contact, then deleted unless a longer period is needed to meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute or security incident.

We use access controls, encrypted transport and restricted server processes to protect enquiries. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
